Order Cancellation

  1. You can ask for order cancellation for items or orders by sending us an e-mail along with your order ID and reason for order cancellation. Please remember that the cancellation request must be raised from the same e-mail ID that you have used while placing your order on our site. You can send us the e-mail on support@adlynlife.com
  2. After your cancellation request has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation mail that will include all the relevant refund details on your registered e-mail address.
  3. Your order won’t get cancelled after it is shipped from the warehouse. However, if the shipment is delivered and customer receives a wrong/faulty product, then he/she can raise the return request.

Shipping & Tracking

We promise our customers great online shopping experiences that are reliable and hassle free. We take ample care of all parameters to ensure that your delivery reaches you in a proper condition.

  • What is the delivery time period?

The tentative delivery period under normal circumstances is 4-5 working days. However, the delivery time may vary due to certain unforeseen scenario.

For all areas that are serviced by reputed couriers, the normal delivery time is within 3-4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However, items weighing over 2 kilos or of higher volume may take a few more days to reach. For other areas, the orders are shipped through Indian Postal Service and normally take 1-2 weeks, considering, in particular, the location from where the order is placed.  

AdlynLife strives to provide a delightful customer experience through its efficient delivery of products as per the Estimated Delivery Date as explained above. However, at times, there may be some unexpected delays in order delivery due to certain unavoidable and unforeseen logistics challenges which are beyond our control and for which AdlynLife is not liable. In such instances, we would request our users to cooperate with us. Also, AdlynLife holds the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion if it takes longer than normal delivery time or where the shipment could not be physically traceable. In such a scenario, we will refund the amount paid in your FirstCry wallet.

  • Do you apply any shipping charges?

For orders that are equal to or above Rs. 599 (Excluding Shipping charges, COD charges, Taxes or value reduced post redemption of coupons or such offers) free shipping will be provided for certain locations. For other locations, relevant additional shipping charges may be applicable. For these locations where additional charges are applicable, Rs. 50 shipping charge would be added to the shipment charges on all orders below Rs. 599 (with exclusions as above).

These shipment charges are not refundable in cases of cancellation/return of the product ordered.

AdlynLife can modify these shipping charges at any point without any prior notification. The new charges applicable for product delivery will then reflect on the product page and in the checkout flow.

At times, AdlynLife comes up with various offers in order to satisfy customers. Various offers are valid for a limited time span to enable free shipping of goods, but this is subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions pertinent to the offer.

Address Change: You can change your delivery address for your order only if its status is Confirmed or Pending, and none of the item(s) ordered are shipped. However, where there are variations in the taxes/charges (if any) applicable to the original delivery address mentioned at the time of placing the order as against the updated delivery address, the request for delivery address update might not be accepted.

Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will be getting the final price at the time of check out. Our prices are inclusive of all such charges and you need not pay anything atop of that.

Tracking Packages: We will mail you the courier company’s name and the tracking number of your order on your registered e-mail address. In case you do not receive this mail within 24 hrs of placing your order, then you can check your spam folder. In some cases, order tracking may not be available online for up to another 24 hours, and in such cases, you can kindly wait until the courier company scans your package.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will be attempting to deliver the order thrice before returning it back to our warehouse. To avoid such a scenario and ensure faster delivery, it would be better to provide your mobile number along with your delivery address.
