Pricing, Promotions & Coupon Codes

Pricing Information

While adlynlife.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information for all its products and services, there may still be slight chances of typographical errors. Adlynlife.com does not confirm the product’s price until after your order. In the event where a product is listed on the website at a wrong price or with any piece of incorrect information due to an error in either product pricing or product information, Adlynlife.com shall have the sole prerogative to cancel or refuse orders at any stage prior to delivery of that particular product. In case we detect any kind of fraudulent activity, Adlynlife.com will have the right to recover its dues, if any, arising out the successive orders placed from the User’s end. In the event where an item is wrongly priced, adlynlife.com may, at its discretion, either contact the User for requisite instructions, or cancel the order and notify the User about such cancellation. Unless the wrongly-priced product has been dispatched, the User’s offer will be deemed not accepted and adlynlife.com will have the prerogative to amend the price of the product and reach out to the User for further instructions through the e-mail address provided by the User at the time of registration, or cancel the entire order and notify the User about such cancellation.

In a scenario where adlynlife.com accepts your order, the required amount will be debited from your credit card account and it will be subsequently notified to you via email that your payment has been processed. The processing part may take place prior to dispatch of the product ordered by you. In a scenario where we have to cancel the order after having processed the payment, the same amount will be reversed back to your credit card account shared with us.

Promotion Offers

For any undelivered (partial or whole) or returned orders, the user will not any longer be eligible to avail the benefits of the offer along with the original order. The refund provided will be exclusive of the benefit of the offer. In case the product(s) returned by the user form a part of any free offer, viz. Buy 1 get 1 free or Buy 2 get 1 free, all the products included in the offer would be required to be returned since the order was initially placed as part of a group offer. The process for refund/replacement would be initiated after all the products purchased have been returned.

We may, from time to time, provide a gift or free sample along with our orders eligible for the offer. These samples/gifts fall outside the scope of return/replacement/refund under any scenario.

Coupon Codes & Cart Offers

Transactions & Cancellations

Minimum Order Value

The minimum amount for an order has to be more than Rs. 249 for placing an order on Adlynlife.com (This minimum order value is exclusive of Shipping charges, COD charges, Taxes or amount reduced upon redemption of coupons and other such offers)

Credit Card Details

The User hereby agree, confirm and understand that the credit card details provided on our website for availing these services will be correct, current and accurate. Under no circumstances shall the User use a credit card not lawfully owned by him/her. The User further agree and undertake to give valid and correct credit card details. These details will not be utilised or shared by us with any third party unless required by law for fraud verifications, regulations or in compliance with court order. Adlynlife.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The user will be liable for the fraudulent use of card and will also need to bear the onus to ‘prove it otherwise’.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

In case of fraudulent use of Adlynlife.com, we reserve the sole right to recover the cost of goods, lawyers’ fees and collection charges from person(s) concerned. We hold the prerogative to initiate legal proceedings against such individuals for fraudulent use of the Website and for any other unlawful acts or omissions that are in breach of these terms of agreement.  

Cancellations by the Customer

Where we receive a cancellation notice before the shipment of the order, we will refund the entire amount after cancelling the order. For orders already been shipped out from our end, there will be no immediate cancellations. In such a scenario, you will be required to check our return policy on those particular orders.

Cancellation by Adlynlife.com

There may arise certain circumstances where we may accept an order and be compelled to cancel the same. We hold the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion and for any reason. There may arise certain situations where we have to cancel your order; these conditions include errors or inaccuracies in product or pricing information, purchase limitations on quantities, or in cases identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We have the right to ask for further information or verifications before accepting your order. We can also contact you if any or all portion of your order is cancelled or in cases where we may require additional information to accept your order. In case your order is cancelled after a debit from your credit card, the amount thus deducted will be added to your AdlynLife account’s “Cash Refund” section. As per this agreement, the customer agrees to respect and accept the decision made by us regarding the cancellation.

Payment

As you avail any of the payment method(s) offered by us, we won’t be liable or responsible in any manner possible with respect of any damage or monetary loss arising, whether directly or indirectly, to you because of the decline due to:

1. exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon between you and your “Bank(s)”,
2. or lack of transaction authorization,
3. or decline or failure of transaction due to any other reason(s),
4. or any kind of payment issue arising out of the transaction.

All product purchase payments made on Adlynlife.com shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees as mandated by the Union of India. Adlynlife.com does not accept any foreign or other form of currency for these purchases.

Before shipment of your order, we may ask you to furnish supporting documents (that may include, among others, address proof and Govt. issued ID) for establishing the ownership of the payment instruments you will be using for the product purchase. This is to ensure a safe online payment environment and shopping experience to our users.

User Conduct

You shall not use the Website for the following purposes:

Disputes

Subject to this restriction, this Agreement will be inure to the benefit of, binding on, and enforceable against any of the relevant parties and their respective successors. Termination

We hold the right to terminate this Agreement at any point of time. Without limiting the foregoing, we also have the prerogative to terminate any accounts or passwords of End User in the event of any conduct on the part of End User which we, in our sole discretion, deem to be wrong and unacceptable or consider it to be a breach of Agreement by End User. Our right to any Comments shall survive any cessation of this User Agreement. Any such termination/cessation of the User Agreement shall not cancel your commitment to pay the amount due for the product already ordered from the Website or affect any liability that may arise as per the User Agreement.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Website is provided without any guarantees or warranties, and in an “As Is” condition. You are obligated to bear the risks associated with using this Website.

2. Entire Agreement: This Agreement and any other operating rule(s) for the Website established by Adlynlife.com form the entire agreement with the parties.
3. Waiver: No waiver by either party of any kind of breach or default hereunder constitutes a waiver of any subsequent or preceding default or breach. The failure of any of the two parties to exercise any of their rights under this Agreement shall not be considered to be a waiver or forfeiture of these rights or any similar rights provided hereunder.
4. Headings: The section headings shall be of no legal force or effect as they are used for convenience only.  
5. Severability: If any provision under this Agreement is held to be invalidated by a court with competent jurisdiction, then such invalidation shall not impact the enforceability of any other provision(s) under this Agreement, and the remaining portions of this Agreement shall continue with same force and effect.
6. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and as per the laws of India and any issue arising out of the breach of any of its provisions shall be adjudicated in the Courts in Faridabad, without reference, if any, to conflict of principles of the relevant laws.
7. Payment Decline: As a merchant, we shall be under no liability whatsoever with respect to any damage or loss arising either directly or indirectly out of the decline of any Transaction authorization, on Account of the Cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
